Percy and Albert Interiors Fusion Mineral Paint and Posh Chalk Upcycled Cocktail Cabinet

I've gone back into the archives this week to find something bright and beautiful for our in the spotlight post to inspire you this summer! And of course that means sharing something from the master of cocktail cabinet makeovers and Shabby Nook Associate, Paul Estall from Percy & Albert Interiors!

This cabinet started it's life as a dull pine Ikea Ivar cabinet. Last year Paul completely transformed it with Fusion's Renfrew Blue and CUREiously Pink, and Posh Chalk's Byzantine Gold metallic pigment for the chevron design. He added gold hair pin legs, glass racks and motion sensor lighting and finished by sealing it with General Finishes High Performance Top Coat in Flat.

It's giving me Club Tropicana feels but with added class! Thanks so much sharing with us in the Facebook group, Paul!

How amazing would colours like these be for outdoor furniture - they would look so bright in the sun! CUREiously Pink only has a limited release and so we don't currently have any - but if you're looking for a seriously popping pink I'd recommend giving Day Dream Apothecary's La La Love Ya a go! Just make sure to add a white basecoat to get the full effect!
