At Shabby Nook we are all about working with fellow creatives and local businesses. We can offer you exclusivity hire of our workshop space which is at the back of our premises and can be closed off, with direct access to toilet facilities. We are located in Burton Upon Trent 82 High Street, DE14 1LD. Ample parking available nearby and local amenities. 

Workshop Space Hire 

Special Introductory Offer Until End Of March 2022!

Day Time & Saturday Workshops 

The Hire is for a maximum of 4 hours: £70 + VAT. This includes you're set up and clear down time. If you require a longer hire this will be in addition to the hire fee at a cost of £20 + VAT Per Hour. 

Evening / Sunday Workshops

The Hire is for a maximum of 3 hours this includes you're set up and clear down time. The rate is for 3 hours: £70 + VAT. If you require a longer hire depending on the type of event we might be able to accommodate. Please contact us: hello@shabbynook.co.uk

What's Included

Depending on the type of event or workshop the area can sit 12 guests. You will have use of  pop up rectangle tables (can be arranged however you prefer). Chairs and use of the kitchen area and toilet facilities. Guests can bring own refreshments or you can provide. We ask that you adhere to covid practice and suggest the use of disposable cutlery / cups / tableware.

If you prefer to bring your own tables / seating or other props for your event no problem. Please let us know a week in advance so that the space can be cleared accordingly. 

You will be responsible for your own marketing however, we will advertise your event on our website including a backlink to your own website / calendar / payment system. And schedule an event on our Facebook page. We will require your event details, relevant images and content and graphics as well as the link you would like us to use.

Pop Up Showcase Hire 

Special Introductory Offer until March 2022!

Hire a space for a week at a time including use of a road facing window for display. The cost of this is £50 + VAT per week. You can work your own pop up area 1 seating space included all week or we can take sales on your behalf Mon - Thursday. The cost of this this option is £150 + VAT. You will need to provide us with your payment software / cashbox / float and stock list. 

You can get together as a collaboration with another business to share costs and workload but whether you do that or go it alone it offers you the chance to get face to face with your customers.

Whats Included

The space provided is approx 1.5 x 0.7 meters that is positioned in the window. You can set up your popup showcase with display props how you chose including table cover. But window displays will need our input / approval.  You can use the space below the table but it must not obtrude.

Set Up

Set up will be on a Sunday afternoon - 3pm-4pm ready for opening Monday. Clear down will be at the end of the week Saturday after shop closure - 3pm-4pm
