They have the strength of a heavy weight paper like wallpaper but are delicately thin like a napkin. Meaning you have the best of both worlds to create stunning authentic decoupage finishes that are much easier to use and don't wrinkle and tear like a napkin. But easier to manipulate than wallpaper!

All the designs are 30cm x 32cm with the exception of the Whimsical Mediterranean, Pallet Wood and Colourful Tiles which are 29.7cm x 41.9cm

How To Use

Apply a thin even layer of Dixie Belle Clear Top Coat (flat ,satin or gloss) then before it dries, lay a sheet of the Belles and Whistles Decoupage paper over it, flattening down with your hand from the centre out to help minimise any wrinkling or bubbles. allow to fully dry, trim edges up with either a craft knife or gently and along the edge, then apply Dixie Belle Clear top coat all over in the finish of your choice. for a waterproof seal use Dixie Belle Gator Hide.

Only want to use small elements of the design? No problem tear around the image rather than cutting will give you a soft fibrous edge making it easier to blend out into the background. Follow steps above.

Want to layer up? No Problem! you can create your own unique designs cross over papers and layer them up effortlessly.
